Ski & Ride 2014

Tahoe Quarterly's 2014 Ski & Ride issue marked its fifth annual publication of the special edition of the magazine, which highlights the upcoming ski season in the winter wonderland that is Lake Tahoe.

Inside, you'll find pieces on Truckee-based snowboarder Jeremy Jones, an icon in the world of big-mountain snowboarding. Readers are also wisked back to the days of Frank Sinatra's ownership of the Cal Neva Casino in Crystal Bay--where Marilyn Monroe, famous politicians, mobsters and entertainers all rubbed elbows. Finally, the magazine treated readers to a photo spread of skiers and riders hiking up fabulous vistas and imposing mountains for their shot at backcountry glory. Find all this and more in the 2014 edition of Ski & Ride.
