Estee’s go-to dishes like wood-fired pizzas, house-made salumi, sausage and housemade pastas are all on the menu, as are sharable plates like braised lamb poutine with house-fried cheese curds and fresh horseradish, grilled Korean short ribs, burgers and sandwiches. A division in partnership at this highly regarded sushi restaurant on Skyline Boulevard led to this smaller iteration in the Marina Marketplace at the corner of Sparks Boulevard, where chefs are still rolling unique signature maki such as the Bill—unagi, yamagobo (pickled burdock root), tempura green onion, avocado and spicy krab—for the all-you-can-eat menu.
