Born and raised in rural mid-Michigan, Kevin MacMillan moved to North Lake Tahoe in 2007. He spent the next 15 years working in various reporting, editing and management roles at several news organizations throughout the greater Reno-Tahoe region. Nowadays, he lives in Reno with his wife and their two cats. When he’s not working, you can find him enjoying a craft IPA or two and continuing his other (at times painful) full-time profession: being a diehard Detroit sports fan.
