• Objectives: The homeowners were originally attracted to this Martis Camp lot for its abundant sun exposure, forested views and easy access to the tennis facility. During the programming phase, it was determined that access to natural light and a significant indoor-outdoor connection were important to the family. The project team accomplished all the homeowners’ goals through the use of outdoor covered patios, extensive glazing and designed outdoor living spaces. 

• Special and Unique Features: The exterior and interior materials reinforce a timeless contemporary aesthetic intended to enhance the user experience for many years to come. Standout features like the exposed structural steel at the exterior and the backlit wine kitchen island accentuate the refined detailing found throughout the home.
