After a day on the mountain, guests can ski or snowboard directly to the resort’s backyard and indulge in a glass of bubbly at the Après-Ski Experience for a lively toast featuring Moët & Chandon selections and a raw bar of chef favorites, including chilled shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell and ceviche.

Guests can also dine at the popular Backyard Bar & BBQ, offering traditional barbecue favorites with a scenic view of the slopes. Or, visitors can opt for a more refined dining experience at Manzanita, the resort’s signature restaurant offering locally sourced elevated California cuisine.

When mom and dad want some relaxation time, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, has created a winter spa menu, which focuses on restoration, renewal, relaxation and recovery from Lake Tahoe’s wintry outdoors and sore muscles resulting from the various seasonal activities.
