• Objectives: A project team that included Daniel Fraiman Construction, Farrell Faber & Associates and Rachel Wright Interiors set out to create a light, bright and timeless family home centered on connection. Equal parts tranquil, social, playful and livable, this Clear Creek Tahoe abode feels like a true custom home, with elevated details in every room. To achieve the desired aesthetics and functionality, the project team emphasized indoor/outdoor living, with a voluminous great room featuring a pocketing Andersen door wall and covered outdoor areas off the primary room, gym and office. The amenity-rich plan features a media/flex room, wet bar and wine wall tucked out of direct view, a large dining and breakfast nook, and an outdoor kitchen with heaters and full Sonos zoning.

• Special and Unique Features: A site-spanning water feature flows under the entry and wraps the entire house into a rear water garden and plunge pool. The kitchen ensemble includes floor-to-ceiling backsplash; a custom color-matched metal hood; Thermador pro suite with griddle and dual ovens; a center-island prep sink; refrigerated drawers; and an open pantry with a built-in Thermador coffee system and second dishwasher. The home was also designed with golfing in mind, with a dedicated golf cart garage, motor court and immediate access from the office to the cart bay.

To achieve exemplary indoor/outdoor living, the house incorporates multiple micro-terraces, year-round covered porches and a landscape-integrated streamscape that sets a regional benchmark.
